~ First Course ~

Choice of
Lobster Bisque
Lobster cream soup topped with lobster and chives.
Wedge Salad
Baby iceberg lettuce topped with gorgonzola dressing, grape tomatoes, red onions, bacon bits,
gorgonzola cheese, and chives.  (Can be Gluten Free)
Chef’s selection of bites  (Can be Vegetarian)

~ Intermezzo ~

Lemon Sorbetto
Drizzled with Letterpress Limoncello
Non-alcoholic version available

~ Second Course ~

Choice of
Grilled Beef Tenderloin
Topped with Dungeness crab and Tarragon sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. (Gluten Free)
Lamb Chops
Smoked and marinated in rosemary Dijon mustard lamb chops. Grilled and plated on lamb demi sauce;
served with roasted garlic mashed red potatoes and baby carrots.  (Can be Gluten Free)
King Salmon
Seared fillet plated over ragu of artichoke, cipollini onions, green olives, grape tomatoes, fingerling potatoes,
chicken stock, lemon juice, and a touch of butter.  (Gluten Free)
Chianti risotto, porcini mushrooms, mascarpone cheese
and truffle cream sauce; finished with chives.  (Vegetarian)
Seafood Fettuccine
Our house made organic egg pasta is tossed with jumbo prawns, clams, mussels, calamari,
and fresh spinach tossed in vodka cream sauce topped with breadcrumbs.  (Can be Gluten Free)

~ Third Course ~

Choice of
Lemon Cheesecake
Topped with saskatoon berries.  (Vegetarian)
Strawberry Sorbetto

Warm Chocolate Cake
Flourless chocolate cake plated on crème anglaise sauce
