Fresh house made pasta tossed with our classic lamb ragu made with Ellensburg lamb, garlic,
rosemary and plum tomatoes; sprinkled with Pecorino Romano Cheese
Sautéed baby spinach with garlic, currants, pine nuts,

Wild Boar Tenderloin
Seared Wild Boar tenderloin with roasted fingerling potatoes,
sautéed vegetables and a Gorgonzola Mustard Cream Sauce
Lobster Risotto
Carnaroli rice simmered in lobster bisque with red bell pepper and green onions,
topped with a baked lobster tail  (GF)

Wild mushroom ravioli with sautéed locally harvested wild and cultivated mushrooms, scallions
